Saving Money Should Feel Like An Adventure
A savings account, a spending card, and a financial-literacy journey for your child — built into the Afro Heritage Children's Fortress, backed by Access Bank. You stay in control of every naira. They learn what it means to grow it.

Three Parts. One Simple Idea.
The Grow Account
A real, long-term savings account held at Access Bank. Money here is invested for growth and stays locked until your child reaches a milestone — turning 18, starting university, or launching their first venture. This is the account that matters in ten years.
The Spend Wallet
A prepaid balance on your child's own Heritage debit card, usable only inside the Fortress — merch, food, arcade credits, vending. You set the limit. They learn to manage it. It never touches the Grow Account.
Heritage Points
Earned by hitting savings goals and completing financial-literacy lessons. Redeemed for real experiences — heritage tours, comics, collectibles, a commemorative Founder's gold coin, Guardian Order costume unlocks, and Heritage Academy scholarship credit. Points aren't money. They're recognition.
Not Just Saving. Owning.
A portion of every deposit doesn't just sit in savings — it grows your child's real, lifelong stake in the Fortress itself.
Deposit
Every contribution to the Grow Account starts here.
Automatic Split
80% stays as your child's own savings. 20% adds to their ownership percentage in the Fortress — up to a XAF 3,000,000 lifetime cap, per child.
Grows Together
Both parts grow over time. Ownership vests fully at 18, alongside the Grow Account.
Where The Ownership Actually Comes From
The Heritage Ownership Trust holds real equity — up to 10 percentage points carved from the Founder's own 70% stake, not from what other investors hold. At full participation, the Founder's own holding moves from 70% to 60%. Every child's family holds a real, beneficial stake in the Trust's holding — not a limited-supply financial instrument, and not something that runs out. As more families join, the fixed pool divides proportionally, the same way a growing family splits a fixed inheritance — everyone's slice adjusts, but no one is turned away.
Investor pool and government partnership terms are unaffected by this program. The Fairness Cap, Explained Simply
To keep this fair whether a family joins on day one or ten years from now, each child's account can count up to XAF 3,000,000 of lifetime savings toward ownership. After that, every future deposit goes 100% straight into their own Grow Account — because by then, they've already built a real, lasting stake.
A family saving XAF 15,000 a month toward their child's account will likely never come close to this cap. It exists mainly to keep any single family from building an outsized portion of the pool early on — so the story stays true: every child gets a fair, comparable stake.
This Program Is In Legal Structuring — Not Yet Live.
The Heritage Ownership Trust does not yet exist. Nothing has been issued. Nothing on this page is an offer of securities or a solicitation to invest. This section describes a structure under active legal design, intended for review by qualified counsel in each relevant jurisdiction before any family's funds are ever directed toward it. Afro Heritage Foundation will publish final terms only once the Trust is legally formed and regulatory review is complete.
The Founder has committed to diluting his own equity — not the investor pool's or the government partner's — to fund this program, aligning founder incentives with the platform's broadest possible base of future stakeholders. A per-child contribution cap keeps the pool broadly distributed rather than concentrated among the earliest or wealthiest participants.
Built On A Proven Model — Made For Africa's Next Generation.
The Heritage Account's long-term savings structure follows the same principle behind the newest generation of youth savings accounts in the US (the "Trump Account" model): a seed deposit at account opening, regular parent or family contributions, invested for long-term growth rather than left as idle cash, and locked until a real milestone — not a birthday, a beginning.
Access Bank holds and safeguards every deposit. Afro Heritage Foundation never touches the money — we build the technology and the experience around it.

Built On A Real Bank. Built For A Child.

All deposits are held and safeguarded by Access Bank under its banking license. Afro Heritage Foundation provides the technology platform, financial-literacy curriculum, and rewards program, and does not itself hold customer funds.

This page describes a program currently in structuring and partnership discussion. Product availability, terms, and features are subject to regulatory approval and final partnership agreement with Access Bank.
A New Revenue Line, Not A New Risk.
The Heritage Account extends the Fortress's revenue model beyond admissions and retail into recurring, long-duration financial relationships — with Access Bank carrying the deposit and credit risk, and the Foundation earning program and interchange revenue on a technology-only balance sheet.
